Privacy, in brief
Your recordings stay on your iPhone.
We never upload your audio. Only the text of what you said is sent for coaching. Here is exactly what leaves your phone and what does not.
Three things to know
On the device
Recorded and transcribed on your iPhone.
Recordings are kept in the app’s local storage. You choose how long: 30, 90, or 365 days, or until you delete them.
To the coach
Text and numbers, never audio.
For coached sessions the transcript and the measured numbers are sent to our backend and then to OpenAI, whose model writes the coaching note. We keep no database of your recordings or transcripts.
Your call
Delete everything with one button.
Settings, then Delete all data. It removes recordings, transcripts, and progress from the phone and our backend. No account or email required.
The ledger
What stays. What is sent.
Stays on your iPhone
- Audio recordings kept 30, 90, or 365 days, your choice
- Playback, and the speaking line drawn from your audio
- The on-device transcript
- Pace, pause, hedge, and length measurements
Sent for a coached session
- Transcript text not the recording
- The measurements, as numbers
- This week’s focus and the question
- Nothing else no name, no email, no location
This is a summary. What our backend logs, how long it is kept, and how OpenAI processes transcripts are in the Privacy Policy. This website uses no analytics and no cookies.
Privacy questions
Questions about your data.
Does my audio leave my iPhone?
No. Your recordings stay on your iPhone. We never upload your audio. Only the text of what you said is sent for coaching.
Do you train AI models on my recordings?
No. Your audio never leaves the phone, so it cannot be used to train anything. Transcript text sent for coaching is processed under OpenAI's API terms, and we request zero data retention where it is offered. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Settings, then Delete all data. It removes recordings, transcripts, and progress from the phone and our backend. No account or email is required.
