Referral Terms: Give a Friend a Free Month

These Referral Terms add to our Terms of Use. They are an agreement between you and Justin Creasy, doing business as Sayforth (“Sayforth,” “we,” “us”). If these Referral Terms and the Terms of Use disagree about the referral program, these Referral Terms apply.

1. How the program works

Every signed-in Sayforth user has a personal referral code, such as SAY-7KQ2. You can share it with people you know. A friend who is new to the Daily coaching plan can use it to get the first month of the Daily coaching yearly plan free. When that friend becomes a paying subscriber, you earn one free month of Daily coaching, as described in section 4.

2. Who can take part

You must live in the United States and be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
You must be signed in to Sayforth with your Apple Account.
Each Apple Account can use one referral code, once.
You can’t use your own code.

3. Your friend’s free month

The free month is for people who have never subscribed to Daily coaching with their Apple Account, and it is on the yearly plan only. It replaces the standard 7-day free trial. Your friend enters the code in the app, under “Have a code?”, and redeems the month through Apple. When the month ends, the yearly plan begins at $59.99 a year, or the current yearly price shown by Apple, unless your friend cancels at least 24 hours before the month ends, in their Apple Account’s subscription settings.

4. How you earn a free month

You earn one free month of Daily coaching for each friend who redeems your code and then pays for their first year. We count it after your friend’s first paid charge, plus a 14-day hold, so long as the charge isn’t refunded. You claim the month in the app, and Apple applies it. If you already subscribe, the month applies at your next renewal. If you’re on the free plan, it starts when you redeem it.

5. Limits

You can earn up to 6 free months each calendar year. The count starts again on January 1. Your friends can still use your code after you reach the limit, and they still get their free month.

6. Expiry

The Apple codes we issue to redeem a free month are valid for 6 months from the day they’re issued. A code that isn’t redeemed in that time expires.

7. No cash value

Free months have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another Apple Account.

Share your code with people you know, in your own messages. Don’t send it as spam, post it on coupon or deal sites, or buy ads with it. When you share, say that you also get a free month. The message Sayforth writes for you already does.

9. Fraud and misuse

We may cancel codes, claims, or free months gained through fake or duplicate accounts, self-referral, refunds, or any other misuse of the program, and we may remove someone from the program for it.

10. Changes and ending the program

We may change or end the program. We will tell you in the app or on this page before a change takes effect. If the program ends, we will honor free months you have already earned but not yet redeemed for 90 days after it ends.

11. Privacy

Your referral code is linked to your account. We store which code a friend used so we can credit you. You see only a private count of friends who joined and months earned; you never see who they are. Your friend never sees anything about you beyond the code you shared. The page a referral link opens uses no analytics. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.

12. Apple

Free months are delivered as Apple offer codes. Apple is not a sponsor of this program and is not responsible for it.
